EVALUATIONS

Online course evaluations are now open! They will remain open through December 15 (the last week of class through the Sunday after finals week). Please complete them online before the deadline, as they are not available outside of this time period. You can access the evaluation system via Brightspace. 

One important note: You must check the course number very carefully to make sure they’re filling out the eval for the correct class. Once an evaluation is submitted, it cannot be recalled or changed. Please match the course number to the course they’re evaluating!

FINAL PRESENTATION DETAILS

FINAL BRAND PRESENTATION DETAILS
• Monday, December 9, 5pm
• Room 148
• Show up between 4:30-4:45 and load your PDFs onto the workstation computer
• 2 PDFs: Process Book, Final Brand Guide Presentation
• Dress appropriately
• Be sure to practice the weekend before
• 8-minute time limit
• Thank the judges
• There will be food
• There will be 3 prizes

REMINDER OF WHAT IS DUE:

• Process book PDF
• Brand Guide/presentation PDF:
  – Cover design
  – Interior template design
  – Table of contents
  – ntroduction from owner/ceo/president
  – Mission Statement or background info
  – Divider pages as needed
  – Logo use - clear space, positive, reverse, black+white, color, rules of use and misuse, etc.
  – Color use - primary, secondary, tertiary, etc HEX, CMYK, PANTONE, etc.
  – Font use - primary, secondary, web, etc.
  – Applications:
          1 – Full Brand Guide (see list below)
          2 – Stationery System
          3 – Web Home Page and Interior Page (desktop and mobile)
          4 – HTML Email and associated Landing Page
          5 – Ad Campaign Series (3 print ads and 3 social media ads)

          8 – [ your choice - with approval: Must be a maker space 3-d item]

Some students already signed up to help but there is a new form to signup on, it has specific dates/times – they need to select one time each from Drop Offs, Judging Weekend and Day of Ceremony.


For their time they get one free entry and a free ticket to the ceremony! I’m keeping track of volunteer times, if someone does enter the ADDYs and doesn’t show up for their volunteer times, they will be invoiced for the cost of their entry after the ADDYs, regardless of whether or not they won.
